Job Overview As our UX Writer, you'll own the language that shapes every client interaction throughout the customer experiencefrom initial website exploration to signup, onboarding, and conversion. You'll ensure clarity, confidence, and conversion for users interacting with premium, high-value services writing copy that builds trust and resonates with audiences looking for specialized expertise rather than mass-market offerings. Your work will specifically support U.S.-based small-to-medium-sized businesses (50-100 employees) primarily in finance, accounting, legal, and targeted lead-generation niches. Key Responsibilities Own the Customer Journey: Create clear, persuasive copy across websites, landing pages, onboarding flows, product descriptions, and conversion touchpoints. Shape the User Experience: Ensure messaging aligns seamlessly with UX/UI designs, making complex ideas accessible and engaging to sophisticated audiences. Collaborate Strategically: Partner closely with designers, strategists, and client teams to continuously refine copy that enhances usability, clarity, and conversions. Data-Informed Decisions: Analyze user behavior and feedback to continually optimize copy for maximum impact and user satisfaction. Maintain Brand Voice: Consistently apply each client's unique brand personality, adjusting tone and language across multiple touchpoints to create cohesive user experiences. Qualifications Proven expertise crafting user-focused copy that improves engagement, conversions, and overall customer experience. Demonstrated understanding of user journey mapping, persuasive writing principles, and premium-brand positioning. Skilled at synthesizing complex or technical details into elegant, consumer-friendly copy. Comfortable collaborating directly with design, strategy, and client teams (no coding required). Experience optimizing copy based on user insights, feedback, or analytics.
