Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pick and fill customer orders from stock with precision and speed.
  • Pack and ship orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Manage, organize, and retrieve stock in various storage locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided as needed).
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move products up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor role.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
